What I first noticed about Acai Berry Elite is that I had a lot more energy throughout the day. I knew that acai berry had this effect but it was pretty amazing! I also noticed that I was hungry fewer times throughout the day, and I definitely felt like snacking a lot less.
After about two days, the Acai Berry Elite really kicked in and I started cleansing. Don’t worry – I wasn’t in the bathroom all day long, but when you take it you will notice that you start to clean out your system. It’s no big deal. After the first five days, I was down a total of three pounds which totally shocked me… I didn’t expect this much weight loss so quick. I had no bloating or cramps either which really made me feel great about going on this cleanse.
