Review: I decided to try jumping on the acai berry diet pill bandwagon after a friend of my wife’s managed to lose about twenty pounds on the stuff a few months ago. I’ve been trying to get in to better shape since my wife started pointing out that I’ve been getting a bit fat around the waist and I want to make sure I’m healthy and here for my kids over the long haul.
After checking out a few different ads and reviews for acai berry diets, I decided to go with the Premium Acai supplement as it’s been rated the #1 acai supplement in 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008, and rated the #1 superfood on the Rachel Ray show that the wife watches all the bloody time.
If you’ve ever taken pills before, you can take this pretty easily. The capsules look like they are filled with a bunch of ground up herbs, which I suppose is what we are looking for here! I didn’t feel any discomfort or allergic reactions from taking this supplement, but you of course should check with your physician or whoever to make sure that this is right for you. Once I started taking the pills, it took a few days for me to notice any weight loss, but after about ten days or so I had started to lose weight so I knew I was going to stick with it.
I paid for the bottle that I had and ordered another one to give me a full two months supply of Premium Acai. My buddy Brian suggested that I start hitting the gym, but I’m a pretty busy guy so what I did instead was buy an old exercise bike off of Craigslist and put that in the garage with some of my old weight set that I still had. I set up a TV so I could watch the news in the morning and every day when I get up, I take my Premium Acai with some water, eat a banana, and jump on the bike for 30 or 45 minutes or so. Then in the evening I do situps and pushups until my arms and abs are sore to give a nice boost to my strength and muscle definition.
After about a month and a half (I still have some more Premium Acai Herbal to go) I am down about fifteen pounds and starting to look a LOT better. I can almost see my old six pack abs when I flex in the mirror, which is the goal. The wife is much happier and our sex life is starting to kick ass since I don’t get tired out even half as fast as before, so let’s just say it’s lasting a lot longer!
Who would I recommend this to? I’d recommend Premium Acai to anybody that wants to lose some weight and is ready to commit to a healthy lifestyle to get there. Acai berry will help those folks that are ready to do a bit of work, but it’s not some magic “MAKE ME SKINNY!!” pill. You have to put in the effort to shed those extra pounds but once you do, you will thank yourself for it, for sure! I’m halfway to my goal of losing 30 pounds to go from 230 to 200 and once I am there, I will probably aim for 10 more. Who knows. Good luck to you and God bless you.
